President Mike called the meeting to order at 2:04 PM
In attendance were Mike, Marc, Neil, Richard.
Todd called in that he will be in Chicago and will miss the meeting. Tina text'd she will miss the meeting to get her house ready to list next week and they are to close on the Georgia house February 27.
Neil related his Chevy Chase Christmas for the next fifteen minutes. If you weren't here see Richard to have it recanted.
Mike has been released from ADM as of last Tuesday and is available.
Tales of telephone nightmares ensued.
Young Eagles coordinator Neil brought up when to schedule this years event. It was the consensus to keep it the same date as the national organization Young Eagles Day. The second Sunday in June is tentatively the date. There are credits the Chapter has received that we can send students to EAA Camp.
Our Chapter insurance needs to be addressed. Mike is to take care of the form submission and see Gene for a check to cover the expense.
The subject of a Chapter project was raised again and it was thought that
Chapter trips might be a better choice for an activity. Fly-outs is something we might want to look at. The tower trip to DAY was cited as an example. Venues were discussed, the Tin Goose restaurant at Port Clinton, Kalamazoo Air Museum, and others surfaced in the discussion.

The winner will be the closest date after the last 24 hr period that snow remained on the AXV airport ground before the 21st of June and the date will be determined by the manager at AXV.

Richard noted the Sun n Fun fly-in is scheduled for April 1-6. Anybody going?
Mike handed out awards for last years service.
Neil reiterated the Capella story and he should be getting it after ten hours of flight time.
Neil told a war story about Camp Perry.
